Mr. Alfelor is a seasoned and skilled artist, who is capable of transforming abstract ideas into concrete designs. He started his tattoo apprenticeship in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mr. Alfelor has also spent the past five years working as a contract graphic artist for a variety of clients. Rowell earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California.
